This 3-hour guided e-bike tour starts near Tsukiji and rides to the Odaiba bay area to enjoy Tokyo's sunset and night views. With an English-speaking guide, explore neighborhood shrines and local streets that are hard to find on your own, then pass bay-area sights such as Tokyo Big Sight, the Odaiba Statue of Liberty and Rainbow Bridge. Thanks to the e-bike, bridges and wide reclaimed-land roads are easy to ride, and you'll stop at a convenience store to try Japanese snacks. Tours run in small groups of up to 6 participants.
Program
Set off from Tsukiji by e-bike
into local Tokyo neighborhoods
Meet at COMPASS BIKE, an e-bike shop in Tsukiji, 15 minutes before the tour starts for a briefing. First, ride past the area near the Tsukiji fish market and Tsukishima Monja Street to see everyday local life, then spend about 15 minutes at Sumiyoshi Shrine while your guide explains its historical background.
Cross the bridges and ride around Odaiba
Next, cross several bridges to Odaiba in the Tokyo Bay area. The flat, wide roads on reclaimed land are comfortable to ride by e-bike, and you can see Tokyo Skytree along the way. Stop for about 5 minutes each to take photos at Tokyo Big Sight, a uniquely shaped exhibition center, and the Odaiba Statue of Liberty.
Enjoy the sunset and night views with Japanese snacks
Spend about 25 minutes around AQUA CiTY Odaiba enjoying the sunset and night views over Tokyo Bay, and take photos with Rainbow Bridge in the background. You'll also stop briefly at a convenience store (konbini) to buy Japanese snacks chosen by your guide. The tour ends back at the COMPASS BIKE shop.
