This day tour from Seoul takes you to the frozen Eobi Ice Valley and then to Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort for winter fun. Everyone in your group can choose their own package from 5 options: ski, snowboard or sled full packages, a sightseeing package with a scenic lift ride, or shuttle only. The ski and snowboard full packages include equipment and clothing rental, a lift pass and a 1-hour basic group lesson with an experienced instructor, so first-timers can join with ease. You can depart from Hongik Univ. Station, Myeong-dong or Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station.

Program

Depart from Seoul
and stop at Eobi Ice Valley

Meet at the meeting point of your chosen option (Hongik Univ. Station, Myeong-dong or Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station) and depart by bus. After about 1.5 hours, arrive at Eobi Ice Valley and spend about 30 minutes exploring the icicle-covered valley and taking photos. Eobi Ice Valley is visited from December 20; from December 1 to 19, the tour visits Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort only.

Rent equipment and take a basic lesson
at Elysian Gangchon

After about a 50-minute bus ride, arrive at Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort and first rent your ski, snowboard or sled equipment and clothing. Staff will help you put on your equipment comfortably and safely, and ski and snowboard full package guests join a 1-hour basic group lesson led by an experienced instructor.

Enjoy free time until 5 PM according to your package

After the lesson, you have free time until 5 PM. Ski and snowboard full package guests can enjoy slopes suited to their level with a lift pass and moving walk pass, and sled full package guests can go sledding with a rented sled and clothing. Sightseeing package guests ride the scenic lift (one round trip) to admire the snowy mountain views and receive a snack coupon. Shuttle-only guests get round-trip transportation and spend their time freely at the resort.

At the end of the day, return to Seoul by bus in about 2.5 hours. The drop-off location depends on your chosen option.
