Seoul Namdaemun Market Food & City Wall Walk Small-Group Tour

If you want to actually understand Seoul's food rather than just eat it, ask for Min. We visited during Chuseok, when many stalls were closed, but instead of sticking rigidly to plan, she rebuilt our route on the fly so we still got a full, varied tour. She gave us real depth: the story behind each vendor, some running their stalls for decades, what each dish was, and when people traditionally eat it. Having travelled extensively herself, she understood exactly what it's like navigating a new food culture as a visitor, and we ended up swapping stories about food from different countries, which made it feel like exploring with a friend rather than being led around. She read the group well too. Nothing felt rushed despite the crowds, and she noted what we'd already tried so she could steer us to new things, including a small tea house we'd never have found alone. One tip: skip breakfast. There's a huge amount of good food, and you'll want the appetite for it.
