The Historical Exhibition has three parts: the Day of 9/11, Before 9/11 and After 9/11. It tells what happened on September 11, 2001, including the events at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon and the story of Flight 93, through personal stories, artifacts and multimedia displays.
Visit the Memorial Exhibition and Foundation Hall

The Memorial Exhibition "In Memoriam" commemorates the lives of those who died on September 11, 2001 and February 26, 1993, giving visitors the chance to learn about each of the men, women and children who were lost. The vast Foundation Hall houses both the Last Column and the slurry wall of the World Trade Center.

Two reflecting pools, each nearly an acre in size, sit in the footprints of the Twin Towers, and the names of all victims are inscribed on bronze panels around the pools.
