Clear formalities with a dedicated officer
at the Changi Airport CIP Terminal

The JetQuay Quayside service is used one way, for either arrival or departure. One package covers 2 people, and the service is designed to be completed within a maximum of 75 minutes.

Arrival: meet at the aerobridge and use dedicated counters

When you disembark, a dedicated officer greets you at the aerobridge and takes you to the terminal by electric buggy. After clearing immigration and customs at the CIP Terminal's in-house counters, you can relax in the lounge while your baggage is collected and hotel transport is arranged. When you are ready, you are escorted to your waiting vehicle at the private verandah.

Departure: leave everything from check-in to boarding to the CIP Terminal

Arrive at the CIP Terminal instead of the main terminal, and the officer handles check-in and baggage (including GST refund and baggage wrapping services). Clear in-house immigration and security while relaxing in the lounge, then take a buggy directly to the boarding gate for pre-boarding.

Wait in the exclusive lounge

You can use the exclusive lounge at the CIP Terminal while formalities are processed. Up to 2 non-travelling well-wishers per booking may wait in the designated area, and lounge food and drinks for them cost SGD 38 per person (taxes extra).

※ Low-cost carriers and US carriers cannot depart through the CIP Terminal.
※ Buggies are not available at Terminal 4 under Changi Airport Group rules.
