This tour of about 10 hours picks you up from your accommodation in Yogyakarta and takes you to Pindul Cave, Sri Gethuk Waterfall and Pengger Pine Forest in the Gunung Kidul area. You travel in an air-conditioned vehicle with an English-speaking driver. Entrance fees for each site are not included and are paid on site.

Float along the underground river of Pindul Cave

After a drive of about 1 hour 45 minutes from Yogyakarta, you arrive at Pindul Cave. This cave in the Gunung Kidul area has an underground river, and you float on a tube past stalactites and stalagmites and along the Oyo River. You stay about 2 hours, including a guided tour and photo time.

See Sri Gethuk Waterfall, fed by three springs

A drive of about 45 minutes takes you to Sri Gethuk Waterfall. Three springs, Ngandong, Dong Poh and Ngumbul, join and flow down a cliff about 25 m high. You spend about 1 hour 30 minutes enjoying the waterfall and the river scenery.

Relax in Pengger Pine Forest

Finally, drive about 45 minutes to Pengger Pine Forest. Breathe the fresh air, take a walk and take photos with the views and the forest as a backdrop during about 1 hour of free time. The drive back to Yogyakarta takes about 1 hour 15 minutes.
