Pass the Amélie café, Van Gogh's house and the Wall of Love

Pass the Café des Deux Moulins, made famous by the film Amélie, and stroll along lively Rue Lepic to the house where Van Gogh once lived. Pause at the Wall of Love (Le Mur des Je t'aime), with "I love you" written in more than 250 languages.

Discover artists' lanes and Montmartre landmarks

Pass Le Bateau-Lavoir, the studio where Picasso and other artists gathered, see the home of French singer Dalida and take photos at Place Dalida. Then pass the Moulin de la Galette, once a dance hall, and La Maison Rose, the pink café loved by painters.

You'll also see the Clos Montmartre vineyard, which still produces wine in Paris, and the Lapin Agile cabaret, a reminder of Montmartre's old nightlife.

Cross Place du Tertre and arrive at Sacré-Cœur

Pass Place du Tertre, where painters still create and sell their work, and the tour ends at the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Enjoy the view over Paris from the front of the basilica. Your guide does not accompany you inside, so you can explore the interior freely.
