Highlights
This set combines a 1-day lift ticket for the Akakura Kanko Resort Ski Area in Myoko Kogen, Niigata, with ski or snowboard equipment rental. Enjoy long runs of up to about 4,500m from the top of the slopes at about 1,500m above sea level down to the foot of the mountain, with a balanced mix of beginner, intermediate and advanced courses. Even without your own gear, you can rent a ski or snowboard set at the local rental shop and hit the slopes right away, and top-and-bottom wear rental is also included depending on the option.

Enjoy the long runs of Myoko Kogen
all day long
Take the gondola up to the top of the slopes at about 1,500m and ski through Myoko's winter scenery. Long runs of up to about 4,500m are available, and both skiing and snowboarding are possible. Snowboarding is stated to be allowed on all courses.
Rent your gear and pick up your lift ticket
Rent your gear at the rental shop "Wit Sports" inside Myoko Kogen Sky Cable, then exchange for a physical lift ticket at the "Ticket Center" in the same building. Skiers rent skis, poles and boots, snowboarders rent a board and boots, and the wear option also includes top-and-bottom wear.
Choose courses to match your skill
Courses are 40% beginner, 30% intermediate and 30% advanced. From practice slopes for beginners to long rides for intermediates and advanced courses with a maximum gradient of 32 degrees, it suits groups of mixed ability.
※ If the ski area closes due to a lack of snow, the decision is made as a rule by 2 days before departure and you will be contacted.

Open 8:30-16:30. It takes about 80 minutes by express bus from Shinkansen Nagano Station, or about 45 minutes by Shinano Railway from Nagano Station to Myokokogen Station and then about 10 minutes by taxi. Please arrange your own transportation to the site.
