Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort is one of the largest ski resorts in the Hakuba area. One common lift ticket lets you move freely across 11 courses in 3 areas, with a maximum run of 5,000m. The wide slopes, over 1,200m across, have many gentle sections where children and first-timers can practice comfortably.
Choose courses to match your skill
The popular long course "Hannoki Slope" and the FIS-certified "Shirakaba Slope" suit intermediate skiers. The famous narrow mogul course "Umanose Course" and the hidden gem "Champion Slope" are recommended for advanced skiers.
Rent your gear and pick up your lift ticket
Show the voucher screen at "Cliff Rental Tsugaike Shop" inside Hotel Sunplaza Tsugaike to rent your gear, then exchange for a physical lift ticket at the lift ticket counter. Skiers rent skis, poles and boots, snowboarders rent a board and boots, and the full-set option also includes top-and-bottom wear.
For 2-day and 3-day tickets, you only need to complete the rental procedure once on the first day and can keep using the gear until closing time on the last day. You receive lift exchange vouchers for consecutive days at the rental shop and exchange them for a physical ticket at the ticket counter on each day of use.
※ If the ski area closes due to a lack of snow, the decision is made as a rule by 2 days before departure and you will be contacted.

Open 07:00-17:00. It takes about 90 minutes by bus from Nagano Station, and you can get there by Shinkansen, car, highway bus or the Alpico limited express bus. Please arrange your own transportation to the site.
