beneath Lotte World Mall in Jamsil

Lotte World Aquarium is Korea's largest aquarium, located in the basement of Lotte World Mall right next to Jamsil Station. Walk through 13 themed zones, from calm rivers to the open ocean, and see over 55,000 marine animals of about 650 species. It is open 10:00-20:00 on weekdays and 10:00-22:00 on weekends and public holidays.

85 m underwater tunnel and a massive main tank

Walk through Korea's longest underwater tunnel, about 85 m long, and watch fish swim right above your head. The main tank of about 5,200 tons shows the underwater scenery at a glance.

Adorable friends from belugas to otters

See the aquarium's star belugas as well as penguins, sea lions, otters and turtles up close. Penguin and sea lion shows and feeding sessions make the visit even more lively.

Jellyfish gallery and hands-on programs

Explore the mysterious jellyfish gallery and join touch zones, educational talks and special programs such as "Build Your Own Tank" and "Aqua Family Camp". There is also a children's play area, an animal café with snacks and a gift shop.
