How To Use
- Valid for use within 90 days from the date of purchase, regardless of the date specified on the calendar.
- E-ticket sent via email or WAUG app within 24 hours
- On the day of use, present your passport and e-ticket at Wild Gate and exchange for a physical ticket.
- The ticket must be exchanged for a physical ticket before entry.
- If you attempt to enter directly using the QR code on your e-ticket, it will be deemed unusable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- The order of visit does not matter, but all tickets can only be used on the day of issue.
- Expiration date: Available within 90 days from purchase date
[How to get to the ticket exchange office (Wild Gate)]
Get off at Jamsil Station on Subway Line 2, follow the signs for Exit 3 and 4 without going outside, and when you see the Adventure direction signs and Wild Gate signs, just follow them.
Alternatively, you can follow the signs to the Annual Use Center or main entrance.
