Before you use it

• Make sure your device supports eSIM. Dial *#06#; if an EID appears, your device supports eSIM.
• Write the date of use, phone number and email in the booking note. Without this information, eSIM delivery will be delayed.
• The eSIM can be scanned up to 3 times on the same device.
• TikTok, ChatGPT and Mobile Legends cannot be accessed.

Installation & activation

You need to be connected to the internet to scan and activate the eSIM.

• Install (iPhone): Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan, scan the QR code and rename the eSIM to "Global Komunika".
• Install (Android): Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager > Add Mobile Plan, scan the QR code and rename the eSIM to "Global Komunika".
• Activate: Turn on the "Global Komunika" eSIM, set it as mobile data and enable Data Roaming. Adjust the APN settings if needed.
