Start the evening with banh can and nem lui

At a neighborhood eatery a few blocks from the beach, watch banh can (savory rice cakes with fresh local seafood) being cooked in traditional terracotta molds, served with crispy charcoal-grilled banh trang nuong.

Stroll through quiet alleys to a cozy family-run eatery and taste nem lui, charcoal-grilled tangy pork skewers.

Savor pho and che hat dac dessert

At an air-conditioned restaurant, enjoy pho made with wok-seared beef and rich bone broth while your guide explains the herbs that go into it. You can choose crispy banh xeo instead of pho.

Just a one-minute walk away, the final stop serves che hat dac, a refreshing dessert made from wild palm seeds found in this region.

Ride a private cyclo through the night

After dessert, sit back in your own cyclo for a 30-minute ride in the cool night air. Pass the illuminated Nha Trang Cathedral (Stone Church) and cruise along Tran Phu Ocean Boulevard while your guide, riding a separate cyclo, takes photos of you against the sea. The tour ends in the city center.
