Meeting point directions:
Please come to the meeting point with the Bukit Cilli Rafting (BCR) sign. If you drive yourself, a small cash fee applies to move your vehicle and belongings to the finish point (IDR 100,000 for a car, IDR 50,000 for a motorbike).

Pickup from Sidemen/Selat or Sanur/Ubud accommodation

Meeting point directions:
Depending on your option, pickup is from accommodation in Sidemen/Selat or Sanur/Ubud and nearby areas. Leave a change of clothes in the driver's car; the driver waits for you at the finish point. Please check the voucher provided after confirmation for the exact pickup time.

Cancellation is available up to 1 day before the date of use.

• Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only during business hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00 Korea time, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Requests received outside business hours will be processed as received on the next business day (within business hours).
• Please submit cancellation and refund requests during business hours and make sure to receive a cancellation confirmation.
