Bali Sekumpul Waterfall Jungle Trek & Lake Beratan Temple Tour

A jungle trek to Sekumpul Waterfall
in northern Bali

Sekumpul Waterfall is in Singaraja, northern Bali, about 3 hours by car from Denpasar or Ngurah Rai Airport. After hotel pickup, travel through Bali's countryside and winding mountain roads, then walk down forest paths to the falls with a local guide. The tour takes about 10 to 12 hours.

Seven waterfalls in one view

Where the paved road ends, follow a narrow dirt path to a gazebo for your first glimpse of Sekumpul Waterfall in the distance. At least seven separate waterfalls spill down the high cliffs, each with its own shape and height.

Down the stairs and across the river

Seeing the falls up close takes some effort, with hundreds of stairs to descend and a river to cross. Your reward is resting on the riverbank, listening to the water and admiring the falls surrounded by green forest.

Plantations, villages and Lake Beratan

On the way, pass coffee and clove plantations, rice fields, traditional Balinese houses, coconut trees and tropical fruit trees. Entrance to Lake Beratan (Bedugul temple) is also included.
