Explore the dawn markets, Elephanta Caves and heritage streets
Mumbai at Dawn (suggested start 4:00–5:00 AM, 4 hours): Visit the flower and vegetable markets, newspaper vendors and the Sassoon Dock fishing harbor, and watch the sunrise at the Gateway of India.
Elephanta Caves (suggested 8:30 AM–1:00 PM, 4 hours 30 minutes): Take a ferry to Elephanta Island, climb 120 steps and explore the UNESCO World Heritage rock-cut temples.
Heritage Walking Tour (suggested 10:00 AM–3:00 PM, 2 hours): Walk past CSMT, the Town Hall and the Municipal Corporation Building, the Gateway of India and hidden colonial-era lanes.
