I made a reservation about 2 weeks before my trip and it was confirmed sooner than I thought~ I ate the sukiyaki dinner course and the meat was really tender and the staff who grilled it one piece at a time were very kind and the taste was moderate with a soy sauce base so it wasn't too sweet and I didn't get tired of it. I really kept eating it ㅎㅎ

The meat was really artistically tender, and the egg sauce went well with it. I hesitated to make a reservation, but it was really delicious. I want to go again already. 😭😭

매력포인트

Kitamura: A Sukiyaki Restaurant Loved by Locals

Introducing Kitamura, a rare Michelin one-star sukiyaki restaurant with over 100 years of history, loved by real Japanese people, not just tourists. It's a place where you can taste real local sukiyaki and offers traditional Kansai-style sukiyaki. You can enjoy your meal in a calm atmosphere in a private room. It is conveniently located in Shinsaibashi, making it a great place to enjoy delicious food after shopping.

프로그램

Japan's Best Sukiyaki Restaurant,
Michelin One-Star Kitamura

Enjoy a meal at Kitamura, one of the few sukiyaki Michelin-starred restaurants in Japan! Kitamura is popular with a variety of customers who come for banquets and parties, mainly with Kansai-style sukiyaki using carefully selected Wagyu beef, as well as Japanese-style shabu-shabu and butter-yaki.

Private rooms are available in the form of independent private rooms with a calm atmosphere like a Japanese tea ceremony, or private rooms where your feet can touch the floor under the table so you can sit comfortably! We also have private rooms with regular tables and chairs so you can enjoy your meal comfortably.

We only use the finest Wagyu beef

Kitamura shabu-shabu only uses the finest Wagyu beef, and the marbling is so spectacular that the meat is so delicious. Here you can grill konjac noodles, green onions and onions, and dip the well-cooked Wagyu beef in egg sauce.

The meat is so tender that it melts in your mouth as soon as you put it in your mouth, so we highly recommend you to visit.
