It was my first time visiting a Michelin 1-star restaurant, and I&#39;m so glad I started with this. The plating was so beautiful with every course that I almost didn&#39;t want to eat it! I made a reservation because I wanted to try a proper Kaiseki meal in Osaka, and it exceeded my expectations 😄 The atmosphere at Bunbuan is so serene and elegant that I felt detached from my daily life the moment I walked in. The course is well-structured, and the quality of the ingredients is definitely on a different level. They explained each dish, and even though it was in Japanese, the staff were very kind and helpful, which I really appreciated :) It was the most memorable meal of my trip to Osaka..!
