• Guam restaurant and shopping center discount cards are available to those who wish. (located on the ship)
• Adults: 13 years or older / Children: 3 - 12 years old / Infants: Ages under 3 years old. Infants are free.
• Available to ages 4 and older, and children under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. (Consent required)
• Pregnant women and those who need to wear hearing aids or earplugs may find it difficult to proceed with the tour for safety reasons.
• If you are suffering from a systemic disease or are in poor physical or mental condition due to water activities, please use caution and contact us before making a reservation.
• Wearing a life jacket is required and please avoid individual activities in places without safety personnel.
• Anyone with a hangover or who drank alcohol that day cannot participate.
• Please prepare change when purchasing additional drinks or ramen.
• If you are deemed to be at risk for your health based on your health condition on the day, you will not be able to participate.
• The pickup vehicle is a 15-seater van that can accommodate up to 15 people.
• Car seats are not provided, and the vehicle is small, so only small luggage is allowed.
• If the minimum number of people on the day of reservation is less than 2, the tour may be canceled and in this case, we recommend changing the date.
• After making a reservation, we will send you information including reservation confirmation, required materials, and meeting time via KakaoTalk or email.
• Local staff etiquette tips are not included. Depending on the individual, the recommended tip is approximately $1-2 in cash per person.
• We will pick you up from the hotel on the day of the tour and help you board the vehicle after confirming the name of the person making the reservation.
• To prevent loss, please leave valuables such as passports and ID cards at the hotel.
• If you have personal equipment such as snorkeling, please bring your own equipment. If you do not have your own equipment, Paradise Club equipment can be borrowed free of charge.
• For water sports and diving, tables are allocated to families.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
• If there is an emergency related to the tour locally, you must contact us through the emergency contact information at the bottom of the confirmed voucher sent to you.

- If notified 7 days prior to the start of the trip (~7): Full refund of travel fee
- If notified 3 days prior to the start of the trip (6~3): 50% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- If notified by the day of travel (2~1 day): Cancellation/refund is not possible.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
