BESTI visited on a weekday afternoon and it was great because there were few people. Of course, the scale is much smaller than a typical amusement park, but I was satisfied because it was spacious and there was no waiting. However, it was disappointing that the roller coaster wasn't running because of the rain. If you pay separately, the roller coaster costs 1,500 yen and the Ferris wheel costs 850 yen. It seemed like the other ones started at 550 yen, so buying the Big 5 was a very good choice. It's very close to the tram exit, and I found it right away after looking at the photo and simple directions near the exit. It's not a place you have to go to, but if you go, be sure to ride the Ferris wheel, and if you buy the Big 5, it will be a very cost-effective place. I recommend it
