Hanayashiki opened near Senso-ji Temple in 1853 and, as its name suggests, began as a flower garden.

Though small, it has the cozy feel of a neighborhood amusement park, with brightly painted rides that evoke old Tokyo.

A Showa-era roller coaster and the Bee Tower

Ride the Showa-era roller coaster, known as the oldest operating roller coaster in Japan.

Other attractions include the Bee Tower with a highest point of 45 meters, a merry-go-round, swan boats, a flying pirate ship, a small tram and a surprise house.
