With one pass, you can enjoy the Hakone Tozan Train, Hakone Tozan Bus, Hakone Tozan Cable Car, Hakone Ropeway, Hakone Cruise Ship, etc. ( check the transportation options ), so it is considered a must-have pass among Hakone travelers. Exchange Hakone Freepass
The Hakone Free Pass 2-day ticket purchased from WAUG is not from JR! You can exchange it at the Travel Service Center at Shinjuku Station on the Odakyu Line. It is most commonly exchanged in Shinjuku, but can be exchanged at any travel service center on the Odakyu Line.

What to Remember
- This product is an automatic reservation product and can be used on the same day of reservation.
- Vouchers can be exchanged at the ticket exchange location within the exchange time.
- If you ride outside the designated section or exceed the section, an excess fare will be collected.
- The Odakyu Line section (departure station - Odawara Station within the Odakyu Line) is limited to one round trip. (However, there are no restrictions on stopping midway.)
- You are free to board and disembark unlimitedly within the designated section.
- You cannot ride on regular tour buses.
- For the Odakyu Hakone Express Bus, those who have purchased a reserved seat ticket are given priority, and if all seats are full, you will not be able to ride.
- Service may be suspended due to bad weather. For transportation that cannot be used due to suspension, a refund will be issued at the end of the trip station. However, this only applies if you have never used the transportation in question.
- The Hakone Free Pass is collected at the end of the trip station. You cannot use the Izuhakone Bus.
- If you have a Hakone Free Pass departing from Shinjuku, you can use the Odakyu Hakone Express Bus between Shinjuku and Tomei Gotemba (regular price adult one-way 1,610 yen) for 1,000 yen.

Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation is not possible after ticket exchange.
- Changes to reserved tickets are not possible. Please cancel and re-book.
