- Refunds and changes to reservation will not be made for late arrivals or no-shows.
- The meeting point cannot be changed after reservation, so please double check before your purchase.
- Changes to your tour date and time cannot be made. If you want to change your tour date and time, you must cancel your reservation and make a new reservation.
- Luggage storage service is not available. Please check the following link for storage.
- When entering the temples, you may not wear shorts, revealing clothes, sleeveless tops, mini skirts, and flip-flops. Please wear long-sleeved clothing.
- Since it is a shared tour, you cannot join in the middle of the tour or for drop-off.
- You must get on the vehicle at the meeting point; the tour ends at the same meeting point.
- Please bring cash with you as the temple entrance fee is not included in the tour.
- The tour price is identical for adults and children. (The price is identical for everyone aged 3 and above.)
- Children 24 months or below can participate in the tour for free; however, a separate seat will not be provided.
- You may make a reservation for 1 person only, but the tour may be canceled if additional participants do not make reservations.
- The tour reaches full booking very quickly. Your reservation is not complete until you have received a confirmation voucher.
- In case of rain, 100 THB will be refunded for your sunset boat trip.
