Upon hotel pick-up:
Please enter the hotel name and pick-up time accurately.

Please enter based on Google address.
Hotel pick-up will wait up to 15 minutes.

For pickup in specific areas:
Please enter the exact pickup location and pickup time.

To make it easier for the driver to find you, we recommend picking you up near a large building, if possible.

• Please purchase based on the local arrival date, not the departure date from Korea.
• Reservations can be made up to 3 days prior to the date of use.
• Even if you have completed payment, your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• The driver is a local Thai driver who can only speak a little English, so please understand that you may not understand.
• English speaking drivers are available at the driver's discretion.
• Vehicles are divided into three types: sedans, minivans, and vans, and each has different occupancy and luggage capacities. Please check the program on this product page in advance before making a reservation.
• Please fill in your flight and address information accurately, as refunds are not available if you are unable to use the service due to your own fault.
• All costs, including pickup costs and other additional services, must be paid in advance at Wag. (Child seats, etc.)
• On the day of use, please do not change the route to a different area than the reservation with the local driver. Wag is not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from this.
• This product operates one way only.

*100% refund if cancelled up to 72 hours before the service use date.
*No refund if you are unable to use the pick-up service due to an error in the flight number.
*If your flight is changed due to an unexpected situation, please contact the local representative as soon as possible about the change.

*If you are unable to use the service on the reserved date due to the company's responsibility, only the reservation amount will be refunded, and transportation fees or other expenses will not be refunded.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
