How do I get in first?

Suvarnabhumi Airport operates a separate fast-track line. Therefore, you can use the fast-track service for any international airline arriving or departing from Bangkok. After getting off the plane and moving through the aisle, a staff member holding a picket with the name of the customer you booked will help you finish immigration inspection more quickly and get your luggage.

Where do we meet?

You can use the VIP-only line (PREMIUM LANE) and enter and exit the country through separate FAST TRACK LANES. The meeting points are different for entry and exit.

1. Entry VIP (subject to change):
- After meeting with the staff member holding a picket with your name on it at the bench across from Gate D5 (near the entrance to the immigration office, fast track line), enter the fast track.

2. Departing VIP:
Next to MR.WRAP, inside Gate 9, 4th floor, departure hall
