On arrival, meet your staff member
right at the jet bridge

When you get off the plane, a staff member holding a sign with your name will be waiting at the exit jet bridge. Follow them to the fast track lane at immigration, pass the long queues and get through quickly. After immigration, they help you collect your checked luggage at baggage claim, and you go through customs via the dedicated fast track lane.

On departure, meet at the check-in counter and be escorted to immigration

About 2 hours before your flight, meet a staff member holding a sign with your name at your airline's check-in counter in the departure hall. They help with check-in and baggage, then guide you to the dedicated fast track immigration counter so you can leave Thailand without delay. After immigration, they also tell you where your departure gate is.

Add a buggy, transit assistance or a hotel transfer

With the buggy option, instead of walking through the airport you ride a private electric buggy from the aircraft gate to immigration. The buggy is available on arrival only and carries up to 3 people. The transit assistance option combines the arrival fast track with help transferring to your connecting flight at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

The hotel transfer options use a private VIP Alphard vehicle. On arrival, you meet the driver at the exit after customs and go to your hotel in central Bangkok; on departure, you are picked up at your hotel in central Bangkok 4 hours before your flight and driven to the airport.

※ Depending on airport conditions, the buggy service is not available if you arrive at the new SAT1 terminal or a bus gate without prior notice.
※ Assistance covers up to 3 pieces of luggage per passenger. Any excess luggage must be carried by yourself.
