No refund for cancellations or no-shows from 2 days before to the date of use.
Full refund for products that cannot be used due to natural disasters or company reasons.

• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Requests made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
