Booked the lounge for my family of four via WAUG. Totally worth it. We had a 3-hour wait for our flight and the kids could nap while we had some coffee and snacks. Staff were kind, and there were shower rooms too. Will definitely use it again next time

I couldn't use this. The time is from 00:00 to 23:55. My banker is at 00:50, the counter door opens at about 21:15, the time I entered the concourse is a little less than 10:00 After shopping, I entered the lounge at 10:30. All times were written in local time. I was pissed off and gave my money to enter. No matter where I look, there is no standard called Korean time, and everyone thinks it's local time, right? I'm really serious.. I want a refund for this

The QR code was not issued, but the local staff provided flexible assistance, and through later feedback from WAUG, it seems to have gone smoothly. Since it was a morning flight, I was tired after staying overnight, but I had a good meal and was sober that I took a good nap on the plane.
