Bali: Ubud Check-Out Tour (Dinner, Massage, Airport Transfer)

In the case of Bali Club Med, the driver's access is restricted, so pick-up is carried out in a security area.
Hotels like these provide information regarding meeting points in advance.

10:00 - 10:30 AM
Please be sure to check the exact pick-up time as it will be sent to you via voucher after completing your reservation.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the meeting time.

Additional information:

• 6-seater Bali rental car – recommended 2-3 people, maximum 4 people (without any luggage)
• 16-seater Bali bus – recommended 5-11 people, maximum 14 people (without any luggage)
• For customers with infants, free car seat rental upon request (no payment may be made depending on local circumstances)
• If you reserve a vehicle that does not fit the number of people, it is not possible to request a change on site. Please reserve a vehicle with ample space in advance.
• Since there is no separate trunk in the vehicle, please consider the Korean guide, driver, and luggage space when reserving the vehicle. (For 4 people, vehicle upgrade required if there is luggage)

• In the case of Korean guides, they are local guides who can speak Korean, and a mandatory manner tip of $10 must be paid on site.
• For this program, we recommend that you conduct the tour in areas other than Ubud. (Southern regions such as Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran)
• In the case of Ubud, the pick-up time will be adjusted to 11:00 and will be replaced by the Ubud area spa and Ubud area restaurant.
• The above schedule must be coordinated directly with the driver depending on local traffic conditions.
• Pick-up service may be delayed depending on local Bali traffic conditions.
• Departure meeting time may change depending on your hotel location.
• If you enter an incorrect address or hotel name, the hotel pick-up service may be automatically canceled.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Spa usage hours begin upon check-in and usually end about 15 minutes earlier, taking into account the last shower time.
• Please note that if you are staying in Ubud, drop-off service is provided except for the Kuta self-guided tour.

Age regulations based on date of use
- Adult: 12 years or older
- Children: 6 to 11 years old (soft massage, meal included)
- Infant: 5 years old or younger (massage & meals not included, accompanied only)

– If canceled 14 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund of the total amount booked
– If canceled 13 to 8 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount booked will be charged.
– If canceled 7 to 4 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 60% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
– If canceled 0 to 3 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: Full refund is not possible.
