It will be held in the lobby of the hotel you are staying at in Danang.

7:30 am

* The exact tour start time will be notified via KakaoTalk one day before the scheduled tour date.
* Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time.

Information on additional hotel and area pickup costs
1. Da Nang city hotels & some Da Nang city and beach resorts: Free pick-up available

2. Outside Danang City:
Hyatt, Sheraton, Vinpearl 1, Vinpearl 2, Melia, Sandy Beach, Naman Retreat, Ocean Villa, Olalani Resort, Cocobay Hotel, Grandvrio Ocean Resort, Golden Bay, Citadines Blue Cove, etc.

3. Hoi An area (pick up by private vehicle and join tour vehicle in Da Nang city):
Select pick-up/drop-off option based on number of people including infants
- Group of 3 or less / Group of 4 to 5 people / Group of 6 to 9 people / Group of 10 or more people

4. Not available in Nam Hoi An area, Danang Intercontinental, Hue area

• It may change depending on local weather and circumstances.
• Children under 4 years old can use the service for free.
• Available for at least 2 people.
• Please make a reservation at least 3 business days in advance.
• Pick-up hotel changes are not possible starting 3 days before the date of use.
• The exact meeting time will be sent to you by the company via KakaoTalk.
• If you do not receive meeting instructions, you can confirm your reservation by contacting the emergency contact number.
• Da Nang city hotels and some beach resorts offer free hotel pick-up/drop-off service.
• For vehicle travel within the outskirts of Da Nang and Hoi An area, you must purchase an additional option.
• If you are picked up in the Hoi An area, you will travel to Da Nang city by private vehicle and then join the tour vehicle to begin the tour.
• If you are dropped off in the Hoi An area, you will travel to Da Nang city by tour vehicle and then board a private vehicle to travel to Hoi An.
• Pick-up/drop-off service is not available in Nam Hoi An, Da Nang Intercontinental, and Hue areas.

Full refund if cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled use
50% deduction and refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled use
No refunds after that

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
