• Reservations are not confirmed immediately after purchase, but are confirmed after additional schedule consultation. (Reservation process: Purchase > Schedule consultation via KakaoTalk > Information on additional charges > Reservation confirmation)
• There is a Korean representative, so you can use it without difficulty.
• Please be sure to adhere to the pick-up time.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late from the meeting time, you will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.
• Depending on traffic conditions, the guide may be about 10 minutes late.
• The 7-seater can accommodate up to 6 people without a suitcase, or 4 people with a suitcase.
• The 16-seater can accommodate up to 12 people without a suitcase, and up to 9 people with a suitcase.
• After boarding the rental car, tell the driver your destination and you will be taken to that destination.
• A tip for the night driver will be charged if the vehicle is driven after 22:00 PM ($10, payable on site).

• If you visit both Ba Na Hills and Hoi An in one day, an additional fee will be charged (payable on site) if your accommodation is in Hoi An, Nam Hoi An, or Hue.
• Additional charges may apply for other itineraries depending on the travel route (Hai Van Pass, My Son, Hue, Nam Hoi An, etc.).
• Due to increased labor and vehicle costs on Vietnamese national/public holidays, an additional fee of $10 (per team) must be paid on site.
