• You will receive a mobile ticket via email or the WAUG app.
• Show your mobile ticket to the hotel lobby staff and leave your deposit for use. 
• This ticket is valid on the selected date only.

The hotel staff will meet you at your hotel lobby.

• We work by trust, no need to deposit. 
• When checking out, guests leave the name: Hung Le Travel with the phone number:+84934876998 to the receptionist for pick-up. 
• Baby Strollers are always new, and cleaned with sanitizer for the best condition. 
• You can rent a stroller for 3 - 5 days. Even if you use it for 1 or 2 days, it applies the same price as 3 days.
• The stroller is recommended for infants under 36 months. 
• If you are planning to rent more than one stroller, please match the quantity of strollers.
• Due to Local conditions, the operation hours vary. 
• Stroller hotel pick-up and return is only available for those staying at a hotel within Da Nang City Center within 4 - 5km.
• The pictures of the stroller above are for reference purposes; the actual stroller may be different. 
• An additional 10 USD will be charged for those staying at the Da Nang Hyatt Regency, Marriot Vinpearl Luxury Resort, Melia Resort Da Da Nang, Santara Da Nang Beach Resort, Vinpearl Ocean Resort and Spa, Pulchra Resort Da Nang, Ocean Villas Resort, Da Nang Golden Bay.

• Cancellation/Refund will be accepted during WAUG business hours (Monday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). After business days or dates may considered after the business hours/ dates.
