Children have the same seating requirements as adults, so if the number of passengers exceeds the number of passengers, you must change the car model.

• When meeting, connect to the driver's KakaoTalk or exchange phone numbers. You can ask the driver's contact information (or KakaoTalk) when you meet him.
• Additional vehicle use is possible within the route, and rates will vary if you deviate from the route.
• The driver can meet with a picket sign in the hotel lobby.
• The ticket is provided as a physical ticket, and the driver will exchange it on the way to Ba Na Hills.
• Luggage can be stored in the vehicle.
• Children are between 100cm and 140cm tall. When riding the cable car, if you are over 140cm, you can exchange it for an adult ticket by paying 150,000 VND.
• In case of rain, if the cable car is suspended for more than 1 hour, tickets will be refunded after consultation with Ba Na Hills, excluding vehicle costs. (Please contact emergency contact number)
• → In case of rain, please call the emergency phone number listed on the voucher to change the date.
• There is no limit to the time you can stay (play time) at Ba Na Hills. (However, since the Ba Na Hills cable car closes at 5 p.m., you must board the car at 4:15 p.m. / Excluding night opening days)

100% cancellation fee from 1 day prior to use date
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~17:00 / Saturday 10:00~16:00 / Sundays and public holidays excluded). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, the request will be processed on the next business day ( (based on business hours) will be processed as received.
