* Cancellation or refund is not possible for non-participation in the tour due to unconfirmed or late arrivals.
* Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time.
* Pick-up time may be delayed or advanced depending on hotel location and local traffic conditions.

• Reservation confirmation will be confirmed via KakaoTalk, and may be canceled due to local circumstances before the reservation is confirmed.
• If you are late or do not show up for the pick-up time, you may not be able to use the tour.
• The tour is available for a minimum of 2 adults.
• This tour is a solo departure only and the price varies depending on the number of adults.
• This product is an exclusive tour that includes admission to Ba Na Hills.
• This product is based on a single person rate. (If adding an infant, please notify us in advance)
• This product is a solo tour without a guide and uses 4-seater/7-seater/16-seater vehicles depending on the number of people.
• Please note that drivers cannot be individually assigned based on language.
• Cancellation and date changes are not possible in case of no-show.
• As the temperature drops in the upper part of Ba Na Hills, it is recommended to prepare an extra layer of outerwear.
• Before entering Ba Na Hills, please be sure to set up a time to meet your driver at the parking lot.
• You must return to the parking lot and meet the driver by up to 15:30 at the end of the Ba Na Hills cable car.
• There is no airport pick-up, only drop-off.
• If you have difficulty boarding the aircraft due to schedule changes, no compensation will be provided, so please check the flight schedule carefully when dropping off at the airport.
• Please note that the schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• In case of bad weather, the course may be changed to ensure safe proceeding.
• When conducting a tour, please follow the instructions of the on-site guide or safety personnel and cooperate in conducting the tour safely.
• We cannot help you with any problems that arise if you do something outside of the safety rules.
• We recommend that you do not take important items with you. Please take care of your belongings when moving from place to place or using a vehicle. We cannot provide assistance if you lose them.
• Luggage can be stored in the vehicle. (However, please keep your valuables with you)
• Please refrain from using the tour if you are drinking alcohol, have a physical illness, or are not feeling well on the day of the tour.

If canceled 48 hours before the date of use: full refund
If canceled 24 hours before the date of use: 50% refund possible
Cancellation and refund are not possible after this.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
