The meeting point is the Star Cafe located on the right side of the departure hall of Da Nang Airport. Please meet the driver holding a picket nearby and use the pick-up and drop-off service.

- Join: This is a service that can be used more cheaply than on its own. Because it is for Koreans only, you can travel comfortably.
- Exclusive: This is a service that allows private travel only for those traveling together.
Precautions when writing departure/return date
- Departure Date: Please enter the date based on the flight departing from Korea.
- Return date: Please enter the date based on the flight departing from your country.
- Example: If you depart from Incheon on September 1st and arrive in Da Nang on September 2nd, please make a reservation for September 1st.
- If you wish to use the service between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM based on flight departure and arrival, please be sure to select an additional option from [Additional Options] Night Use for 1 Person according to the number of people.

What to Remember
- A driver will be waiting for your flight, and you can meet up after exchanging money and purchasing a SIM card. If your flight is delayed, please contact us in advance via KakaoTalk.
- If you need additional luggage or sports equipment (golf bag, diving, surfing, etc.), please contact us individually.
- As a Vietnamese driver, it is difficult to communicate in English and Korean, but communication is possible using a translator app.
- Prices will increase on national holidays, so additional information will be provided at the time of reservation.
- The event may be canceled due to natural disasters, and individual notification will be provided if it is unable to proceed.
- Partial refunds will not be issued if the schedule is changed due to natural disasters or other reasons.
- Pick-up is not available if you are not at the indicated pick-up time and location or are more than 5 minutes late.
- Vehicles will be allocated based on the number of applicants.
- Carrier is based on one carrier per person.
- A car seat can be added upon prior request. (KRW 9,900 per unit)
- Stopover visits are not allowed.

Cancellation and Refund
A 100% cancellation fee is incurred from 3 days prior to the date of use until the day of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
