1. How does hotel check-in work?
A hotel voucher will be provided one day before departure, and self-check-in is possible.
The hotel name is Nature Hotel (3 stars), and if the hotel is fully booked, a hotel of the same class will be used.

2. Is food included?
Food is not included, and you can eat individually at restaurants near the hotel.

3. How is the room booked?
Based on a twin room (2 people per room), in the case of 3 people, a 3-bedroom is provided, but if the room is not available, an extra bed is provided in a twin room or double room.
Example) When booking for 3 people, 3-bedroom is checked first, and if not available, an extra bed is provided in a twin room or double room / When booking for 5 people, 1 twin room and 1 triple room are provided

4. Are there any additional charges locally?
Additional hotel charges apply during Vietnamese holidays (200,000 VND/room).
If the hotel lobby departure time is after 11 PM, an additional charge will be incurred (100,000 VND/vehicle), please pay to the local driver.

5. How does airport pick-up work?
Meeting takes place in the hotel lobby 3 hours before the flight departure time. The picket name is the name of the representative guest, and after confirmation, we depart for the airport.

6. What information must be included when booking?
Please include your hotel check-in time & Da Nang local departure flight. Please provide the English name of everyone staying at the hotel as it is required when booking the hotel.

7. How does airport pick-up work?
1) 1 - 2 people: Sedan (maximum 3 luggage)
2) 3 people: 6-seater SUV (maximum 5 luggage)
3) 4 - 10 people: 15-seater van (maximum 10 luggage)
