How To Use
- You will receive a mobile ticket via email or the WAUG app.
- Show your mobile or printed ticket to your guide at the meeting point for the tour.
- This ticket is valid on the selected date only.

What to Remember
- This product is a private tour and booking from 1 person is accepted.
- Maximum capacity of this tour is 16 participants.
- Children under 130cm must ride together with an adult guardian.
- Children over 130cm tall are considered adolescents and will ride the scooter by him/herself.
- Children under the age of 3 can participate in this tour free of charge.
- If you want to get on the scooter with your child, please indicate on the memo when making a reservation.
- Those who weight 90kg or more cannot participate in the tour for safety reasons.
- Before getting on the scooter, you must sign a Motorbike Transportation Agreement as required by the government.
- This tour is not recommended to seniors aged 65 and above and women 6 months pregnant or more.
- Additional USD 12 is required for those who want the private vehicle tour. (minimum of 2 persons)
- Your reservation is not complete until you have received a confirmation voucher.
- Refunds are not available for late arrivals or no-shows.
