2. Can I use it even if my flight is delayed?
Vietnam airport service staff will check your flight information in real time and provide the service.
3. Can non-Korean nationals use the service?
This service is available regardless of nationality. However, it is the user's sole responsibility to prepare the appropriate visa.
4. Is it possible to add service personnel other than the number of reservations on the day?
Since the information of those who have made reservations in advance must be delivered to the immigration office in advance, additional requests cannot be made at Hyeonja.
5. If I apply for fast track service, can I receive my luggage sooner?

What to Remember
- For midnight - 7 a.m. meetings, please purchase the "Additional - Early morning meeting surcharge" option according to the number of people.
- When making a reservation, please make a reservation based on the flight departure date. (Example: If departing from Korea on May 20th / arriving at 01:00 AM on May 21st, please make a reservation for May 20th.)
- When making a reservation, please accurately enter your English name/gender/date of birth/flight. (Example: HONG/GILDONG/MR/2002.10.02/KE457)
- During the year-end and New Year holidays, Christmas, and holidays, it may take more time than existing services.
- If you go directly to the VIP counter without meeting with a staff member, you will not be able to use this service. (No refund in this case)
- Fast Track is a service that uses the VIP window to get through immigration quickly, but it may take more time depending on airport circumstances.
- Depending on how crowded Da Nang is and the demand from travelers applying for Fast Track that day, the time to pass through regular immigration may not vary significantly.
- In this case, since you have already used the service, you are told to use regular immigration, so the cost of the Fast Track service will not be refunded.
- The fast track service is a service that speeds up immigration and exit inspection and has nothing to do with baggage.

- To use the fast track after making a reservation, the local partner may request a passport photo.
- During Vietnamese national/public holidays, additional charges (local payment, etc.) may be incurred as labor costs, vehicle costs, etc. increase.
Although it is not a frequent occurrence, fast track service may be suspended due to circumstances of the Vietnamese government (at the airport) (entry of VIPs, emergency closure of airport staff, internal audit, etc.). This is a very rare case, but it can happen in Vietnam.

Cancellation and Refund
- If canceled 4 days prior to the date of use (4~1 day): Cancellation/refund not possible
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
