If you are applying for VIP Fast Track service at Da Nang Airport, we will meet with staff on a picket with your name and take care of the immigration process through a dedicated line.
2. Departure Fast Track (Da Nang Airport VIP Fast Track Service):
After meeting with staff at the airline check-in counter at Da Nang Airport (2 hours before departure), we will take care of you through immigration through a dedicated VIP line. (Meeting time is agreed upon in advance)
3. Round trip (entry + departure) fast track (Da Nang Airport VIP Fast Track service):
This product uses both the 1st and 2nd entry/exit fast track services. (Only the entry date is specified when making a reservation, so please be sure to include the departure date and flight number.)

1. Which staff operates the service?
All services are provided by dedicated airport fast track service staff (Vietnamese) through a company officially contracted with the arrival airport in Vietnam.
2. Can I use it even if my flight is delayed?
Vietnam airport service staff will check your flight information in real time and provide the service.
3. Can non-Korean nationals use the service?
This service is available regardless of nationality. However, it is the user's sole responsibility to prepare the appropriate visa.
4. Is it possible to add service personnel other than the number of reservations on the day?
Since the information of those who have made reservations in advance must be delivered to the immigration office in advance, additional requests cannot be made at Hyeonja.
5. If I apply for fast track service, can I receive my luggage sooner?
The fast track service is a service that speeds up immigration inspection and has nothing to do with baggage.

What to Remember
- For meetings between midnight and 7am, please purchase the "Additional - Early Morning Meeting Surcharge" option according to the number of people.
- When making a reservation, please make a reservation based on the departure date of your flight. (Example: Departing from Korea on May 20th / Arriving at 1:00 AM on May 21st, please make a reservation for May 20th.)
- When making a reservation, please enter your English name/gender/date of birth/flight number accurately. (Example: HONG/GILDONG/MR/2002.10.02/KE457)
- During holiday seasons such as year-end and New Year's holidays, Christmas, and other public holidays, it may take longer than the existing service.
- If you go directly to the VIP window without meeting with the staff, you will not be able to use this service. (In this case, no refund will be given.)
- Fast Track is a service that allows you to quickly go through immigration using the VIP window, but it may take longer depending on airport circumstances.
- Depending on the congestion in Da Nang and the demand from travelers who have applied for Fast Track on that day, the time it takes to get through general immigration may not vary significantly.
- In this case, since you have already used the service and are using general immigration, the cost of the Fast Track service will not be refunded.
- Fast Track Service is a service that allows you to quickly go through immigration and departure inspection, and has nothing to do with baggage.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- To use the fast track after making a reservation, the local affiliate may request a passport photo.
- Additional charges (local payment, etc.) may apply on Vietnamese national/public holidays due to increased labor and vehicle costs.
Although it is not common, there are cases where the fast track service is suspended due to Vietnamese government (at the airport) circumstances (such as the arrival of VIPs, emergency leave of absence of airport staff, internal audit, etc.). This is a very rare case, but it can happen in Vietnam.
Therefore, if you cannot check the meeting board at the immigration office, please contact the emergency contact number at the bottom of the voucher to reconfirm.
Cancellation and Refund
- If canceled 4 days prior to the date of use (4~1 day): Cancellation/refund not possible
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
