This is a VIP fast track service for international travelers at Da Nang International Airport. Airport staff accompany you through the formalities and guide you to the priority lane, so you can finish immigration without waiting in long lines even at peak times. Choose the arrival or departure service you need and use it on your booked date.

Staff meet you on arrival and assist with entry

With Arrival Standard, staff meet you at the aircraft exit, passenger bridge or terminal exit, depending on your flight, and guide you through post-flight procedures such as visa on arrival (VIP lane) and customs and security clearance.

With Arrival Diamond (VIP B), proceed to the international arrivals terminal after landing and meet the staff holding a placard with your English name in the arrival hall. Show your passport and accompany the staff, who assist with immigration procedures so you can go through the priority lane. Please collect your luggage yourself.

Check in, then breeze through emigration

For the departure service, arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure and check in with your airline first. Notify the staff on your way to Gate A, then meet them and go through emigration via fast track.

Departure Premium also covers the customs (X-ray) check via fast track, and you choose your meeting time when booking.

Choose your service level

For departure, choose Standard for the emigration check or Premium, which also includes the customs (X-ray) check. For arrival, choose Standard with meet and greet and post-flight assistance, or Diamond, where you meet the staff in the arrival hall and go through the priority lane.
