• This product is only available on the date and time reserved for the Join Shuttle Bus that departs at the designated time.
• If you are late for the boarding time and cannot use the shuttle bus, no refunds or changes to your reservation will be possible.
• For the sake of other passengers using the bus, please arrive about 10 minutes early.
• To catch the shuttle bus departing from Ba Na Hills, you must board the cable car at the latest at 14:40. (The cable car takes approximately 30-40 minutes one way.)
• When departing from Ba Na Hills, the place where you meet the driver again is the place where you got off, but it may change occasionally, so please be sure to reconfirm the boarding location with the driver after getting off at Ba Na Hills.
• Ba Na Hills tickets are not included, so please be sure to purchase them separately.
