BESTI hesitated because there were no reviews, but yes@@ I saw a great review on the search and made a reservation for a family of three right away. We had the Nourishing Hair Wash. They did a simple foot scrub and massaged my neck, shoulders, and both arms. They also shampooed my hair thoroughly and gave me acupressure and a blow dryer. It was so refreshing and nice. I plan to visit again today^ ^

- Additional charges apply during Vietnamese national holidays, so if your reservation falls on a public holiday, you will be individually notified of the increase in price via KakaoTalk.
- Bringing in outside food is not allowed.
- Smoking and drinking are not allowed. If caught, you will be kicked out immediately.
- Participants who are under the influence of alcohol may be denied access to services. In this case, refunds are not possible.
- If you do not show up by the confirmed reservation time, you will be considered a no-show. In this case, no refund is possible.

- During Vietnamese national/public holidays, additional charges (local payment, etc.) may be incurred as labor costs, vehicle costs, etc. increase.
Cancellation and Refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
