- You will receive a mobile ticket via email or the WAUG app.
- Show your mobile or printed ticket to your guide at the meeting point for the tour.

What to Remember
- This tour can be picked between car or scooter to participate.
- This product is a private tour and a minimum of 1 participant required to make a reservation.
- Maximum of 16 participants are allowed for the tour.
- Children under 130cm in height should be seated with an adult.
- Children over 130cm tall are considered adolescents and will get on the scooter by him/herself.
- Under 3 years old kid can join the tour for free.
- If you want to get on the scooter with your child, please indicate on the memo when making a reservation.
- Those who weight 90kg or more cannot participate in the tour for safety reasons.
- Before getting on the scooter, you must sign a Motorbike Transportation Agreement as required by the government.
- This tour is not recommended to seniors aged 65 and above and women 6 months pregnant or more.
- WAUG is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings and valuables during the tour.
- Your reservation is not complete until you have received a confirmation voucher.
- Refunds are not available for late arrivals or no-shows.

No refund if canceled within 24 hours of departure time
• Cancellation/Refund will be accepted during WAUG business hours (Monday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays). After business days or dates may be considered after the business hours/ dates.
