• When picking up, please wait in the hotel lobby and the driver will come and call your name.

• Travel to Ba Na Hills by private vehicle.
• On the way to Ba Na Hills, the driver will purchase cable car tickets and buffet tickets.
• After arriving at Ba Na Hills, confirm the meeting location and time with the driver and then part ways.
• Additional fees apply on site for children over 140cm tall or infants over 100cm tall.
• There is plenty of time. Even if you don’t rush, there’s more than enough!
• Paid admission facilities such as the wax museum in Ba Na Hills are not included.
• If you would like to return quickly, you must inform the driver at least 1 hour in advance.
• For lunch, present your meal voucher at the 'Arapang' ticket counter in the restaurant area and enjoy the buffet.
• This is a large, high-end buffet with a wide variety of Vietnamese food as well as various global and Korean foods.
• Buffet operating hours are 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and may be crowded between 12:00 and 13:00.
• After leaving Ba Na Hills, meet the driver and take a private vehicle to Lotte Mart.
• Even when you arrive at Lotte Mart, please double-check the location and time to meet the driver.
• You can shop as well as use the food court.
• An hour and a half is plenty, so you can shop slowly.
• The drop will take you to your desired location.
• The driver's tip is $5. Please hand it to the driver.
