• A second tour is available for reservations of 4 or more people.
• Korean guides and Korean speakers will be present.
• We recommend wearing a rash guard, and if you have personal equipment such as a diving mask and aqua shoes, please bring them with you.
• This product is available to those aged 8 or older, and children under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. (Guardian consent required)
• Pregnant women and those who wear hearing aids or earplugs may have difficulty participating in the tour for safety reasons.
• Those with systemic illnesses or poor physical or mental condition should be cautious when using water activities and inquire before making a reservation.
• Life jackets must be worn and individual actions should be avoided in areas without safety personnel.
• Anyone with a hangover or who has consumed alcohol that day cannot participate.
• If you are judged to have health risks based on your health condition on the day, you will not be able to participate.
• The pickup vehicle is a 15-seater van that can accommodate up to 15 people.
• Car seats are not provided and the vehicle is small, so only small luggage can be brought in.
• If the minimum number of participants is less than 2 on the day of reservation, the tour may be cancelled. In this case, we recommend changing the date.
• After making a reservation, we will send you a reservation confirmation, information on what to bring, meeting time, etc. via KakaoTalk or email.
• Local staff tips are not included. We recommend tipping about $1-2 per person in cash.
• We will pick you up from your hotel on the day of the tour, and after confirming your name, we will help you board the vehicle.
• To prevent loss, please leave valuables such as your passport and ID card at the hotel.
• If you have personal equipment such as snorkeling equipment, please bring your own. If you do not have your own equipment, Paradise Club provides free rental of equipment.
• For water sports and diving, tables are allocated per family unit.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• The tour itinerary may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
• If there is an emergency related to the tour while on site, you must contact us using the emergency contact number at the bottom of the confirmation voucher sent to you.

- If you notify 7 days (~7) before the start of the trip: Full refund of the travel fee
- If you notify 3 days (6~3) before the start of the trip: 50% of the total product price will be deducted and refunded
- If you notify by the day of the trip (2~same day): No cancellation/refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
