The Seibu Kawagoe Pass allows one round trip from one of Ikebukuro, Seibu-Shinjuku, or Takadanobaba Station to Hon-Kawagoe Station.

Koedo Kawagoe is a popular tourist destination, only 50 minutes from Shinjuku, where you can explore and enjoy Japanese history from the 16th to 20th centuries, from Edo to Taisho, Meiji, and Showa, through Kawagoe Kaido and Shingashi River, which were bustling with people traveling to and from Edo. 

How to use the Seibu Kawagoe Pass

How to exchange your voucher for a physical ticket:
After purchasing from WAUG, exchange the QR code voucher you received for a physical ticket at the Seibu Ikebukuro Tourist Information Center (outside the ticket gate on the 1st floor of the East Exit of the Ikebukuro Seibu Line).

How to use the physical ticket:
Present the Seibu Kawagoe Pass (ticket) to the station staff at the open counter of Seibu Ikebukuro Station, Seibu Shinjuku Station, or Seibu Takadanobaba Station, and the station staff will stamp the usage date on the stamp section at the bottom. Then, show the ticket to the station staff and pass through the gate to board the train.

This is the Limited Express Red Arrow that runs from Seibu Shinjuku Station and Takadanobaba Station to Hon-Kawagoe Station. All seats are reserved, and you can enjoy a comfortable journey with comfortable seating.
