How to check your bag:
1. Check the code number written on the reservation confirmation voucher (Example: SST-123-4567)
2. Access the official website
3. When using a PC: Top right of the page / When using a mobile phone: Press ☰, then enter the code number in the TRACKING input field and confirm View image
4. Upload bag image to DROPOFF at the bottom View image
5. Check bag status View image
* When you check in your bag, please take a picture of your bag and upload it.

• The company is not responsible for any problems that may arise due to not uploading a photo. Please make sure to upload a photo.
• This product is a hotel <-> airport carrier delivery service. It cannot be moved between hotels.
• Small auxiliary bags and set carriers must be reserved as two bags, not one.
• You can change your pickup date without a fee if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
• If you fail to drop off your carrier on time, you will not be refunded any full amount.
• You must drop off your luggage at the hotel front desk before 12:30 PM to receive same-day delivery. You can pick up your luggage at the airport Smile Luck counter after 6:00 PM.
• When you leave your bag at the hotel, please take a picture of the bag and upload it to the Smile Luck website.
• Pickup is only available within Bangkok City. Pickup outside Bangkok and other areas are not available.
• Carrier pickup/drop-off is not available for guests staying at Airbnb, condos, guest houses, or pool villas.
• In some cases, if you make a reservation for a different region and receive a voucher, your bag will not be picked up and we are not responsible for this.
• When making a reservation, the name of the person making the hotel reservation and the name of the person making the Smile Luck reservation must be the same. If the name of the person making the reservation and the name of the person making the hotel reservation do not match, the hotel may not keep the reservation.
• Please make sure to write down the location where you would like to leave your bag, as you cannot meet the driver directly and hand over the bag to him.
• When you leave your bag at the hotel, you will see "จะมารับกระเป๋าที่สไมล์ลัคค่ะ/ครับ​ "ฝากไว้ดีๆนะค่ะ/​ครับ" Show me this phrase.

• Don Mueang Airport does not have a Smile Luck branch, so it is not available.
• Please check the Smile Luck phone number and ID on the voucher.
• Please enter the number of adults equal to the number of bags. (Number of adults = number of bags)
• If you have more or less bags than the number you reserved on the day, please contact Smile Luck in advance.
• You can track your bag on the day of use with the voucher reservation number. ​Go to https://www.smilelugg.com/, click Tracking, and enter the reservation number.
• Please lock your bag with a padlock so that it cannot be opened in the middle of the trip. We are not responsible for any items lost due to not locking your bag.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.

If you cancel 3 days before the date of use, you will receive a full refund.
2 days before the date of use - No refund for same-day cancellation or no-show
Full refund for products that cannot be used due to natural disasters or company circumstances)
Cancellation/refund business hours 09:00 - 17:00 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
Cancellation/changes received after 17:00 will be considered as received the next day.
Reservation changes also follow the cancellation policy.
