Thanks to leaving our luggage, we were able to travel comfortably on our last day. They responded promptly and kindly to our KakaoTalk inquiries. We took the Airport Railroad, and it was right by the tracks; the kids were just looking for the orange signboard, haha. Looking back, I think you could have found it even by taxi (I intentionally took the train just in case I confused it with the Airport Railroad, lol). Anyway, it's easy to find, so don't worry and definitely leave your luggage there! Good.

This is my first time using the moving service, and it is really convenient. On the last day, they pick me up at the hotel, and I go around and take the subway to the airport. It is really convenient because I only have to go. I am very satisfied because I don't have to take a taxi and drag myself around anyway. The price is also cheap, so I plan to continue using it in the future.

I made a reservation three days before returning home, but the voucher came the day before returning home, so I don't know if the reservation was completed. Should I carry my luggage or leave it at the hotel? Should I come back to pick it up? How should I plan? It's comfortable and very good. It's the best. The instruction manual says that the voucher will be confirmed and sent within 24 hours.

What's Included
- Service according to the selected option
- Available delivery times: 10:00 AM / 4:00 PM
- If you leave your luggage before 10:00 AM, you can receive it at your hotel around 6:00 PM on the same day.
- If you leave your luggage between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, you can receive it around 8:00 PM on the same day.
- If you booked for 4:00 PM but missed the delivery due to not leaving your luggage, an additional fee of 200 Baht will be charged for same-day delivery.
- Available delivery time: 1:00 PM
- You must leave your luggage at the hotel before 12:30 PM after checking out to be able to pick it up at the airport around 6:00 PM on the same day.

2. Access the official website
3. If using a PC: Top right of the page / If using a mobile: Press ☰, then enter the code number in the TRACKING input field and confirm View Image
4. Upload the bag image to the DROPOFF below View Image
