• Once payment is completed, the tour reservation is complete. You will receive your voucher by email within 12 hours.
• If you have not received the voucher by email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service center at 1661-2372 or KakaoTalk Plus Friend “Tour Five” immediately.
• Pick-up is only available from hotels between stations 1-3.
• It takes about 3 hours including pickup time.
• Please bring sunscreen and some pocket money. (Drinks sold at tour points)
• If you give your camera to the guide, he will take more memorable photos than anyone else.
• As this is a product without a Korean guide, a local driver will assist you with the tour.
• Tour course may change without notice.
• When participating in the tour, please be especially careful about loss of valuables, cash, etc. and personal safety accidents. (Read and agree to the safety rules agreement before making a reservation)
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by personal negligence.
• Product cancellation and change due to weather (natural disaster, flight cancellation/cancellation, etc.)
  - When the tour schedule cannot be changed: KRW 5,000 / per person / per tour
  - If a package or discount has been applied, a refund will be issued after deducting the regular tour price and the discounted amount.

- Cancellation and change after confirmation of reservation (after deposit and payment): KRW 5,000 / per person / per tour
- Cancellation and change within 14 business days prior to the product usage date: 30% fee of the reservation amount
- Cancellation and change within 3 business days prior to the product usage date: 50% fee of the reservation amount
- Cancellation and change within 2 business days prior to the product usage date: 90% of the reservation amount will be charged.
- Cancellation and change on the same business day as the product use date: Full refund is not possible.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
