Boracay: Airport Pickup & Drop-off Service

• Pick-up and drop-off service at the airport Local staff will be waiting holding a picket with the customer's name on it.
• You can use it after showing your name to the staff. (Check name with staff)
• Before departing for Boracay from the airport, be sure to receive a notice regarding your drop-off time .
• Valid only on the specified date.

When you exit Kalibo Airport, please meet the staff holding a picket with your reservation name on it .
NOTE: If you didn't meet them? Please visit MANO COFFEE in front of the airport and ask for 4U staff. (Or, contact us via KakaoTalk on the voucher.)

Airport Sanding
The meeting will be held at the hotel you are staying at.

Meeting time:

1. Upon pick-up: (same for all flights)
When you get out of the airport, a local Filipino employee of the pick-up and drop-off company will be waiting holding a WAUG picket.
You can board and move the vehicle after confirming your English name with the local staff. (Check your name with the staff)

2. When sanding *If you only want to reserve sanding, please contact WAUG Customer Center*

Pick-up will be from the lobby of your resort (meeting time varies depending on flight number)

Get off in front of the airport!
The sanding time may vary depending on the distance from the hotel or resort. Please be sure to check the instructions given to you upon pick-up.

• Free for children up to 4 years old as of the date of arrival in Kalibo.
• Please note that the vehicle may be changed to a regular vehicle depending on the reservation situation.
• When making a reservation, please enter the departure and return dates exactly as the date you board the plane (flight departure date) .
• All tourists must present a hotel voucher booked prior to entering Boracay.
• Korea - Boracay International flight passengers only! (Domestic flight passengers please use the private sanding product !)
• WAG is not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from incorrect information input.
• All departure times are in Philippine local time .
• Package and semi-package travelers cannot purchase .
• If you request a correction on-site (resort name, sanding date, etc.) due to incorrect information, an additional fee will be charged.
• In the reservation information window, please select the date of your flight from Boracay Airport for the return date.
• Please carefully check the instructions provided by the pickup sand company when picking up. All details are included.
• Customers using this product cannot reserve a pocket Wi-Fi product to be picked up locally.

Pickup and Sanding Guide

• Sanding time refers to the departure time from the hotel.
• Before leaving for Boracay at the airport, please make sure to receive a notice regarding the drop-off time. (We will also hand out notices, so please check them carefully.)
• Before the staff comes to the hotel to drop you off, please pack your luggage in advance and wait until you have finished checking out.
• Due to local circumstances in Boracay, the road conditions are very poor. There are not enough cars and tricycles for the number of tourists, so movement may be delayed.
• Bags such as carriers are managed by the company staff, but please take good care of your own luggage when boarding and disembarking.
• It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes from the airport to the port. Please use the restroom beforehand.
• If you feel cold inside the car due to the air conditioning or experience any other inconveniences during the ride, please let the driver know.
