• Diving is not permitted if you have pneumothorax, perforation, high blood pressure, diabetes, or other diseases or are taking medications. If the doctor deems it possible and you prepare a doctor's note in both English and Korean, diving is possible under the doctor's responsibility.
• Diving is possible only when you are in good health. Please refrain from making a reservation as diving is not possible if you are pregnant or in an unhealthy or poor physical condition such as the flu, high fever, or history of surgery.
• If you hide your health condition and proceed with the tour, you, the tour party, are responsible for any accidents or problems that occur, and the company and tour staff are not responsible.
• If you have been drinking, you cannot proceed with the tour. If you have been drinking, you must tell us through KakaoTalk consultation or a guide before starting the tour. •Reservations for this product will be confirmed within 3 days of purchase based on business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
•In case of cancellation after confirmation of reservation, the following refund policy applies.

Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
