* The dock location varies depending on the Boracay weather dry/rainy season.
* Be sure to arrive 10 minutes earlier than the meeting time and wait.
What to Remember
- If the minimum number of departure guests cannot be reached on the date you booked, we may cancel or change your reservation to another date.
- Depending on weather or conditions, inclusions may change and some activities may be difficult to proceed with.
- The exact meeting location and time will be announced around 6 PM the day before the tour through the KakaoTalk channel.
- If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, the tour may be changed to another day and a replacement product or full refund will be issued.
- Please make sure that the date and number of people you booked are accurate.
- Please be sure to check the inclusions and supplies.
- Flippers are not provided.
- Life jackets for children are provided, but if you are concerned, you may prepare your own.
- Children under 36 months can participate in the tour for free. (Meals not provided)

Cancellation and Refund
- A 70% refund is possible if a refund is requested up to 8 days before the tour date.
- A 50% refund is possible if a refund is requested up to 4 days before the tour date.
- Refunds are not possible 3 days prior to the tour date.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
